Celebrating 35 Years of Remodeling Excellence

To celebrate the last 35 years of Talmadge Construction, Jeff and Adele decided to throw a big thank you party for clients, trade partners, and team members in their newly constructed outdoor living space. Guests enjoyed pizzas courtesy of Woodfire Woodie Catering, as well as ribs from Aptos Street BBQ, wings from New Leaf Market, and pies to complete the feast courtesy of Gizdich Pies.

One of our favorite flooring contractors, Frank Vickner of Bay Area Floors (pictured below on the drums), performed alongside his band to entertain guests at the party. Thanks again, Frank. You guys rocked! Special thanks also to go out to Kevin McDow of McDow Electric who powered-up the band’s amps as a last-minute rescue. We also need to acknowledge our production team led by Jason Anderson who made the parking for 100 guests a simple, well-organized operation.

The evening featured dancing, great conversation, and copious amounts of reminiscing. We feel fortunate that we have been able to build a sustainable business where our employees can thrive and grow; where our trade partners and suppliers are equally as committed to excellence; and most importantly, where we have built long-lasting relationships with our clients, inspiring their loyalty, referrals and repeat business.

Whether or not you were able to join us for this special evening, we thank you for your continued support of Talmadge Construction. We are excited to see what the future holds as our team matures and the next generation comes on board to carry us through the next three decades and beyond. Cheers to another 35 years!
