Andrew Talmadge

President

Andrew joined the Talmadge crew in 2013 following his lifetime exposure to the remodeling industry as a “construction family member.” While obtaining his AA in Anthropology at Santa Barbara City College, Andrew took courses on Construction Technology, Green Building and Blueprint Reading. And, it wasn’t long before he realized how much he loved the industry and decided to make a career out of it.

Andrew parlayed his past work experience into a full-time position at Talmadge Construction as a crew member. Since 2013, he has risen through the ranks joining the management team as an Estimator in 2020 and then as the Sales and Design Manager in 2022. This year, Andrew made the leap to President and Owner. He is now the leader of all of our teams including Sales, Design and Production.

Andrew is enjoying raising his daughter with his wife, Lauren, in the hills of Aptos. In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking with fellow members of the Talmadge team. You can find him fishing off the beaches with his dad in Aptos, as well as out in the bay on their boat. Andrew has also been known to smoke a pretty mean rack of ribs.
